Bont Cycling offers a 30-day return policy on all standard items to ensure you find the perfect fit and performance for your ride. Products must be in brand-new, resaleable condition with original packaging and must not have had cleats installed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused shoes and any accessories back into the original box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
